Kayla Oliver and Brandon Steigelman, of West Tisbury, announce the birth of a daughter, Greyson Thomas Steigelman, born on Oct. 7 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Greyson weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces at birth.
