Bethany and Stephen Hammond, of West Tisbury, announce the birth of a daughter, Ramona Belle Hammond, born on Sept. 17 at the Mass General Hospital. Ramona weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces at birth, and joins siblings Silas and Kieran at home.
