Sept. 4
Chesley A. Wiseman, 37, of Tisbury, was arraigned on Sept. 4 charges in Chilmark of trespassing, assault and battery on a family or household member, and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor. She was released on personal recognizance and has discovery compliance and jury selection on Nov. 23.
Sept. 14
Anneli C. Mynttinen, 54, of Lexington, was arraigned on a Sept. 14 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery on a family or household member. Her bail was set at $500 and she has a pretrial hearing on Oct. 30.
William J. Hancock, 33, of Edgartown, was arraigned on Sept. 14 charges in Edgartown of operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on Nov. 12.
Sept. 18
Salatiel P. Dasilva, 37, of Edgartown, was arraigned on a Sept. 18 charge in Oak Bluffs of possession to distribute cocaine. His bail was set at $1,500 and he has a pretrial hearing on Nov. 20.
Sept. 28
Brian P. Beasley, 34, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on Sept. 28 charges in Tisbury of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and shoplifting by asportation. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on Nov. 30.
Oct. 2
James Perez, 27, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, two counts of rape, and delivering liquor to a person under 21. The incident allegedly occurred on April 16 in Tisbury. He was also arraigned on a May 5 charge in Tisbury of witness intimidation. He was released on personal recognizance and has a probable cause hearing on Nov. 30.
