Donald Lambert died at his home on August 21, surrounded by the love of his family.
Donald leaves behind his loving wife and best friend, JoJo Lambert; his four children, Darcy, David, Richard and Philip; and his four beloved grandchildren Aly, Buddy, Madison and Brandon.
Donald brought so much to Martha’s Vineyard and touched the lives of so many people. He was the founder of the Martha’s Vineyard Ice Arena, Lambert Insurance Agency, the biplane and Island Home Realty, Inc. He was a true entrepreneur who loved what he did and took great pride in everything he built. He was a man who lived life fully and loved every part of it.
Most of all, Donald loved his family. He was a husband, father, grandfather and best friend who gave so much of himself to the people he loved. He will deeply missed by family and by all those whose lives he touched.
