Joellen and Mark Meuse of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Emmeline Jolie Meuse, born July 11 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emmeline weighed 7 pounds, 2.8 ounces at birth. She joins siblings Quinlan and Ruby at home.
