Fernanda Cardoso and Josimar Candido, of Edgartown, announce the birth of a daughter, Georgia Cardoso Candido, born on March 23 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Georgia weighed 8 pounds, 1.2 ounces at birth.
