Maralisy S. Lobo and Josmar M. de Oliveira, of Edgartown, announce the birth of a son, Gael Biraganca Siqueira Lobo de Oliveira, born on March 3 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Gael weighed 9 pounds, 5.2 ounces at birth.
