Volunteers will be cleaning up beaches all over the Island on April 17, during the Vineyard Conservation Society's 29th annual beach clean-up.

From 10 a.m. to noon, gloves and trash bags will be available at the clean-up sites, according to the society's website. Participants may also bring their own. Masks and social distancing are requested.

Beach sites are listed at vineyardconservation.org/httpssitesgooglecomavineyardconservationorgvineyard-conservation-societyHome/events/earth-day-beach-clean-up.

    1. Because you’re outside and if you’ve ever done a beach cleanup you are pretty much by yourself. Please people let’s get real and use our common sense. It’s a great tradition let’s keep it going and show up on Saturday.
