Katie and George Oskan of Chilmark announce the birth of a daughter, Gwendolyn Leona Oskan, born March 19 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Gwendolyn weighed 7 pounds, 13.7 ounces at birth. She is welcomed at home by her big sisters Ella and Piper.
