Joana M. Garcia Dos Santos and Erich H. Miranda Lopes, of Edgartown, announce the birth of a son, Francisco Garcia Lopes, born on Dec. 6 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Francisco weighed 7 pounds, 2.1 ounces at birth.
