Island performers of a variety of disciplines are gathering for the first Aquinnah Variety Show at town hall this Saturday.

David A. Croteau and Mary Ellen Croteau purchased 62 South Water street in Edgartown from Dangel Edward III and Bonni J. Widdoes for $4,500,000 on May 3.

Jozinei Ferreira, 30, of Edgartown, was arraigned on an April 29 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery.

Though a specific price hasn’t been landed on, town administrator John Grande said he will propose charging a daily fee for using the lot, which connects to the Vineyard Haven Steamship Authority terminal via a free bus. 

This year’s total was the largest amount of scholarships awarded by the organization.

Martha’s Vineyard Vision Fellowships were granted to 18 recipients this year, including students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees, and professionals seeking advanced degrees and project initiative-based grants.
