We’ve had a series of very warm days. It seems a little unseasonable for May on the Vineyard.
It’s been downright hot for several days. I overdress in the mornings and by midday, the truck turns into a closet.
We’ve been enjoying lovely fall weather here on the Vineyard. In contrast, I’ve been watching the next hurricane heading for Florida’s West Coast.
Last week’s rain and wind wreaked havoc on the gardens. What was particularly sad was the destruction of the sunflowers in the boat in front of the old sober house in Oak Bluffs.
