West Tisbury fire personnel quelled a small brush fire in West Tisbury early Monday afternoon that stemmed from a permitted fire that got out of control. Fire chief Manuel Estrella 3rd told the Gazette that a fire started by someone with a burn permit got out of control on Middle Point Road.
