John E. Dooley, Jane E. Dooley and John T. Dooley purchased 195 County Road in Oak Bluffs from Robert P. Mascali Trust and Sylvia C. Rogers Trust for $900,000 on Jan 30.

Gustavo Magri Lioncio purchased 9 Leslies Lane in Oak Bluffs from Nancy R. Finlay for $839,000 on Jan. 31.

Land Bank Revenues: Week Ending Jan. 31

The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank reported revenues of $211,255 for the business week ending on Friday, Jan. 31, 2025.

Stay Vigilant

Given the recent dead turkeys found in Edgartown (some of them are being tested for the avian flu) it is prudent to be careful even though the flu has not yet been detected on the Vineyard.
