Tisbury police said they responded to the power line trails behind the department of public works building on Wednesday morning after the owner of an Australian shepherd said his dog had been stabbed with a knife by another dog walker.
No one was seriously injured and the two vehicles were unscathed, other than minor damage to the Mini Cooper’s bumper.
Tisbury’s first responders had a complicated Sunday afternoon with emergencies both on land and in the water, followed by a Monday-morning incident that moved from street to sea and back again.
