This weekend the Island Community Chorus is digging deeply for a concert highlighted by Vivaldi’s classic Beatus Vir, composed for double choir and orchestra.
Continuing a tradition that dates to 1999, the Island Community Chorus presents its annual holiday concert program this Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon at the Old Whaling Church in Edgartown.
Audiences at the weekend performances by the Island Community Chorus were treated to selections from two Verdi operas, a Gilbert and Sullivan operetta and eight musicals.
