I am writing to thank the West Tisbury voters for passing, with a bit more than the required two thirds majority, the warrant article that designates the town-owned parcel of land at 401 State Road for affordable housing.
I respectfully write in opposition to the Oak Bluffs streetscape renewal plan.
The Tisbury School building project needs and deserves the support of all Tisbury voters.
Cities succeed or fail at street level, that truism matters from island to island, Manhattan to Martha’s Vineyard.

Tonight in the town election for Tisbury, myself and three others were denied our right to vote.

As we enjoy the beauties of our Island home this summer, we need to remember that the Covid-19 coronavirus is not on vacation.

We need to do everything reasonably possible to combat climate change and reduce our carbon footprints.

Wise electric bus transit can be accomplished that will not damage our town.

The Vineyard was quiet just a month ago and we were worried about what the summer would look like.
