Petar Petyoshin, 40, is facing one count of bank robbery after law enforcement officials say he stole more than $21,000 from the Rockland Trust bank on Davis Straits at gunpoint on April 8.
A Falmouth District Court judge ruled Tuesday that Petar Petyoshin be held without bail for 120 days after he was deemed a danger to the community.
