The town’s harbor master and harbor advisory committee proposed changes to the town bylaws that they believed would make rules around jet skis more enforceable.

West Tisbury will hold a special town meeting this fall to deal with rising costs and bylaw changes. 

Chilmark voters approved allocating about $400,000 to various projects at a speedy special town meeting Monday evening. 

The town has called a one-article town meeting for Monday, July 15 to transfer more than $400,000 from the town’s general stabilization fund to various projects. 

Oak Bluffs voters Tuesday reaffirmed spending $6.9 million to repair the East Chop bluffs and $26 million for wastewater upgrades.

Oak Bluffs will have a special town meeting Tuesday, June 25, to reapprove two spending articles that originally passed in 2022.
