Chilmark enters the 21st century . . . again. This time it is with sidewalks. Tuesday was a rainy day but John Keene was busy in Menemsha preparing the edge of the parking lot for a sidewalk that will hopefully keep families and pets out of harm’s way as they make their way to and from the beach.
