Fiona O’Neil, 24, of Revere, was arraigned on August 8 charges in West Tisbury of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and speeding.
Sean Herron, 31, of San Antonio, Tx., was arraigned on July 19 charges in Edgartown of operating under the influence of liquor.
Naomi Higgins, 42, of Edgartown, was arraigned on April 20 charges in Edgartown of threatening to commit a crime and witness intimidation.
