Reniclis Albino, 32, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on a Sept. 9 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on a family or household member. His bail was set at $500 and he has a pretrial hearing on Sept. 27.

Sept. 16

Robert Rogers, 25, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on a Sept. 16 charge in Tisbury of violating an abuse prevention order. He was released on personal recognizance and has a discovery hearing on Nov. 15.
