Feb. 14

Henry A. Carney 3rd, 46, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on a Feb. 23 charge in Oak Bluffs of trafficking cocaine. His bail was set at $500 and he has a pretrial hearing on May 15.

March 3

Savio D. Menegazzo, 30, of Edgartown, was arraigned on March 3 charges in Tisbury of operating under the influence of liquor, operating without a license, subsequent offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding. His bail was set at $700 and he has a pretrial hearing on March 28.

Thierry Rocha, 26, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on March 3 charges in Tisbury of operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. His bail was set at $100 and he has a pretrial hearing on April 4.

Jessiel C. Deamorim, 48, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on March 3 charges in Oak Bluffs of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. His bail was set at $500 and he has a pretrial hearing on March 28.

Daniel Larkosh, 61, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on March 6 charges in Edgartown of operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop and marked lanes violation. His bail was set at $500 and he has a pretrial hearing on March 19.

March 7

Thomas C. Pierce, 67, of Edgartown, was arraigned on March 7 charges in Edgartown of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. His bail was set at $200 and he has a pretrial hearing on March 31.

March 10

Lucas C. Demelo, 29, of West Tisbury, was arraigned on a March 10 charge in West Tisbury of operating under the influence. His bail was set at $500 and he has a pretrial hearing on May 9.

March 13

Corey S. Smith, 32, of Edgartown, was arraigned on three counts of assault. The charges were from March 13 charges in Edgartown. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on April 11.
