Established in 1693, the Gay Head Community Baptist Church is the oldest continuously operating Native American Baptist Church in the country.

Vanessa M. Matthews and Daniel T. Keegan announce the birth of a daughter, Lucinda Rose Jean Keegan, born on July 26 at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital.

Obituaries

Julia Bracaglia died on Sunday, Feb. 21, from complications due to chronic Lyme disease. She was 33 years old and will be missed immensely.
Frank Herman Durgin, a longtime Aquinnah seasonal visitor, died Jan. 13. He was 89.
