The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

Dec. 12

Scott K. Southworth, 59, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on two counts of violating a harassment prevention order in Oak Bluffs on Dec. 12. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on Feb. 13.

Dec. 13

Josenildo D. Dasilva, 36, of Edgartown, was arraigned on Dec. 10 charges in Oak Bluffs of operating under the influence of liquor, operating under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a vehicle with a suspended license, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, no inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on Jan. 24.

Dec. 16

Michael F. Chandler, 48, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on Aug. 17, 2012 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery and furnishing a false name. His bail was set at $400 and he has a pretrial hearing Jan. 27.

Sheri Pagano, 57, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on an October 2024 charge in Oak Bluffs of larceny. She was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on Jan. 30.

Corey Smith, 31, of Edgartown, was arraigned on a Dec. 16 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery. He was released on personal recognizance and has a probable disposition hearing on Feb. 24.

Dec. 23

Tamara King, 50, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on Dec. 23 charges in Tisbury of assault and battery on a household or family member, malicious destruction of property, marked lanes violation and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Her bail was set at $500 and she has a pretrial hearing on Feb. 10.

Dec. 26

Brian Donegan, 27, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on Dec. 26 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery and disorderly conduct. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on Jan. 30.

Jan. 2

Sergey Bernier, 28, of Chilmark, was arraigned on Dec. 31 charges in Oak Bluffs of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, no inspection sticker, state highway traffic violation, possession of a class B drug and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. His bail was set at $100 and he has a pretrial hearing on Feb. 24.

Meirilucia Nunes, 43, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on a Jan. 2 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Her bail was set at $1,000 and she has a pretrial hearing on Jan. 24.
