Joseph T. Vanderhoop, 25, of Edgartown, was arraigned on Sept. 11 charges in Tisbury marked lanes violation, operating under the influence of liquor, speeding, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and not having an inspection sticker. His bail was set at $100 and he has a pretrial hearing on Nov. 4.

Sept. 20

James F. Gorman, 47, of Weston, was arraigned on Sept. 20 charges in Tisbury of marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding, not having an inspection sticker and possession of a class C substance. His bail was set at $100 and he has a pretrial hearing on Nov. 25.
