Animal Shelter of

Martha's Vineyard

What better way to volunteer your time than to work with cats, kittens, dogs, puppies and the occasional guinea pig or rabbit who are all in need of attention as they wait to be adopted. In addition to what we refer to as socializing.

There are many other opportunities – we always need help welcoming the people who come to visit us and there is always general cleaning and organizing when it's not feeding time for our guests. Our list of needs is endless; from computer skills to painting and general fixing and even helping us with our fundraising tasks. We also host special events all year long.
