The Town of Edgartown, acting through its Owner’s Project Manager, CHA, is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders for tree clearing of the 2-acre parcel of land at 40 Robinson Road, Edgartown MA, as per M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M. Tree clearing shall include the complete removal of all trees, stumps and associated debris from the site and legal disposal. The work shall include protection of existing improvements and utilities and leave the site in a stable condition upon completion of the work. The Division of Occupational Safety has determined the Prevailing Wage Rates for this work, and they are included as part of the IFB.
