The Town of Edgartown is requesting qualified designers, within the meaning of and in accordance with M.G.L. c.7C, §§ 44-57, to submit applications stating their qualifications to provide designer services to conduct a Facilities Condition Needs Assessment and Facility Feasibility study for the Council on Aging. This is a qualification-based selection process. Bid submission information will be available electronically or in hard copy at. Please call (774)310-5106 or email hmclaughlin@edgartown-ma.us to obtain a copy. RFQ responses will be received up to 12:00PM on December 12, 2024 at the Edgartown Town Hall and no later. The applicant shall submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the Non-Price Proposal and one (1) electronic copy via USB thumb drive in a sealed envelope marked as “RFQ for Design Services – Feasibility Study – Council on Aging – Non-Price Proposal” and addressed to “Town of Edgartown, Procurement Department, Attn: Hollis A. McLaughlin, Procurement Officer, 70 Main St. Edgartown, MA 02539,” no later than 12:00PM on December 12, 2024. A contract will be awarded within fifty-one (51) days after the deadline, if a proposal is selected. The times for award may be extended for up to thirty (30) additional days by mutual agreement between the Town and the selected applicant.
