The hearing will take place Thursday December 16, 2021 at 3:30PM. The hearing will take place at the Oak Bluffs Library Meeting Room, 56R School St., Oak Bluffs. The hearing will take place at the Oak Bluffs Library Meeting Room, 56R School St., Oak Bluffs. Note: there is an indoor mask mandate.

Public Notice is hereby given of the waterways application by Stephen London & Diane Carr to reconstruct and maintain rip rap and maintain a stone groin and pier at 12 Beach road Extension, in the municipality of Oak Bluffs, in and over flowed tidelands of Vineyard Haven Harbor. The proposed project has been determined to be water-dependent. The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways application received by within 30 days subsequent to the “Notification Date”. Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten citizens or more, with at lease five of the 10 residents residing in the municipality(s) in which the license or permitted activity is located, to submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4) c. OAK BLUFFS WATER DISTRICT TOWN OF OAK BLUFFS, MA INVITATION TO BID

Electronic Bids for Well Station 4 Improvements, Oak Bluffs Water District, Town of Oak Bluffs, MA will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. All bids shall be submitted online at www.Projectdog.com and entitled “Well Station 4 Improvements”. Hard copy bids will not be accepted. The Work under this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, mobilization and demobilization; the demolition and legal disposal of existing process piping and lime treatment system at Well Station 4; furnishing, installing, and making fully functional process piping improvements and new lime chemical feed system as shown in the plans and specifications; electrical work; coordination with the Owners’ Integrator and materials furnished by Others; and ancillary work.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 11:00AM on-site at the Well 4 pump station, located on Alwardt Way in Oak Bluffs, MA. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting.
