Will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Oak Bluffs Wetlands Bylaw on a Notice of Intent filed by Mark Awad for the renovation of a single family residence including the construction of a pier foundation under the existing structure at 12 Siloam Avenue, Map 81, Lot 127. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 5:00PM. Public participation will be via virtual means only – pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, section 18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission will be conducted via remote participation. Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, and the Oak Bluffs Wetlands Bylaw, the Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by the East Chop Beach Club to construct and maintain a new pier in Nantucket Sound at 75 East Chop Drive, Map 3, Lot 27. The hearing will take place Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 4:00PM.
