FEDERAL CONSISTENCY REVIEW

NOTICE

The Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management (CZM) is reviewing the proposal(s) listed below for consistency with its enforceable program policies. Project proponents have filed a statement and accompanying information with CZM certifying that their proposal is consistent with these policies. This information is available for public inspection at the CZM Office. Written comments may be submitted to CZM within twenty-one days of the publication date of this Environmental Monitor, or as otherwise noted below.

Newly nourished beach areas will be stabilized through the maintenance and rehabilitation of existing coastal engineering structures, including several timber and stone groins located along North Bluff, Pay and Inkwell Beaches the existing jetties located at the entrance to Oak Bluffs Harbor will also be maintained and rehabilitated to help stabilize the inlet channel and nourishment areas at Jetty and North Bluff beaches. OAK BLUFFS CONSERVATION

COMMISSION

Will hold a public hearing under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Oak Bluffs General Wetlands Bylaw on a Notice of Intent filed by Wolfgang and Kylee Karbe for an addition to a single family dwelling and landscaping at 12 Pall Mall, Map 1, Lot 44. The hearing will take place Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 4:30PM in the Town Hall on School Street. The plans are available for review in the Commission office at the Town Hall.
