Pursuant to MGL Chapter 138, Section 15, the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at 5:30PM Remote Participation Only regarding an application for the Transfer of Stock, Change of Officers & Directors and Change of Manager for Vineyard Wine & Cheese, Inc. dba Vineyard Wine & Cheese Shop, 36 Circuit Avenue, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557. This application is on file in the Selectmen’s office for review Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:00PM.

COMMISSION

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, and the Oak Bluffs Wetlands Bylaw, the Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Prospect Girls LLC/The Lodge Family Trust for work on 14 Temahigan Ave, Oak Bluffs. The hearing will take place Wednesday March 3, 2021 at 4:15PM. Public participation will be via virtual means only – pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting law, G.L. c. 30A, section 18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission will be conducted via remote participation. The public may participate in this meeting via remote participation using Zoom; the Zoom meeting ID number will provided on the Conservation Commission meeting agenda posted on the Town’s website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
