Will hold a public hearing under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Oak Bluffs General Wetlands Bylaw on a Notice of Intent filed by Wolfgang and Kylee Karbe for an addition to a single family dwelling and landscaping at 12 Pall Mall, Map 1, Lot 44. The hearing will take place Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 4:30PM in the Town Hall on School Street. The plans are available for review in the Commission office at the Town Hall.

The Town of Oak Bluffs invites sealed bids for “Oak Bluffs Emergency Patrol Boat Repairs and Maintenance”. The project consists of conducting repairs of the boat and the replacement of the two diesel engines on the Town’s 36 foot Metal Craft aluminum Patrol and Fire Boat. Information and details of bidding requirements will be available during normal business hours beginning Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Town Administrator’s Office, Oak Bluffs Town Hall, 56 School Street, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557. Sealed bids will be received at the Town Administrator’s Office, Oak Bluffs Town Hall, 56 School Street, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557 until 12:00PM, Friday, March 2, 2018 at which date and time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Office of the Town Administrator, Oak Bluffs Town Hall, 56 School Street, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557. This project is being bid pursuant to the requirements of MGL Chapter 30B and will be awarded by the Chief Procurement Officer. The right is reserved by the Town of Oak Bluffs to reject or accept any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
