INVITATION FOR BIDS – FY2025 - 2028

The Town of Oak Bluffs is accepting sealed bids for the supply and delivery of an estimated 105,000 gallons of gasoline (87 Octane or better) and 40,000 gallons of off-road (marine grade) diesel fuel per year, to the Town for the period of June 12, 2024, through June 30, 2025, with two one-year extension options at the sole discretion of the Town. Tank capacity is 6,000 gallons for gasoline and 4,000 gallons for diesel. Product must be pumped, metered and brought in by delivery truck only. Bids must be submitted by 2:00PM on Wednesday May 29, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted to the Town Administrator's Office, 56 School Street, Oak Bluffs or by mail to Town Administrator's Office, Town of Oak Bluffs, PO Box 1327, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557. Specifications may be obtained, by emailing the Procurement Officer at wbrough@oakbluffsma.gov. or by calling (508)693-3554 ext:149. The Town of Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts, through its Town Administrator requests bids from parties interested in leasing the 1,325 +/- square foot parking lot on Kennebec Avenue, in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts. TOWN OF OAK BLUFFS INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR USE OF TWO TOUR BUS STANDS ON NORTH BLUFF AT OAK BLUFFS HARBOR

The Town of Oak Bluffs invites sealed bids for use of two (2) tour bus parking spaces, 387 square feet each, during the summer season period from June 8, 2024, through October 31, 2024, located on the North Bluff, Circuit Avenue Extension, in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts. Appropriately licensed tour bus operators, possessing both a State license to operate tours issued by the Mass. Department of Public Utilities and a Town of Oak Bluffs Street Access License issued by the Select Board can obtain bid documents at the Select Board office, located at 56 School St, Oak Bluffs, or by emailing the procurement officer at wbrough@oakbluffsma.gov or by calling (508)693-3554 ext:149. All bids must be submitted to the Select Board office, which is located at the Oak Bluffs Town Hall, 56 School Street, PO Box 1327, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557, no later than 2:00PM on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the outside of the envelope, "BID FOR NORTH BLUFF BUS STAND."

The Town will award one (1) Agreement per individual bus stand to two separate bidders. The award will be based on the highest bid for the use of each tour bus stand. The Town reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
