COMMISSION

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, and the Oak Bluffs Wetlands Bylaw, the Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by George Sourati on behalf of HMD 2011 375 Barnes LLC for the installation of landscaping and hardscaping on the property at 375 Barnes Road, Map 27 Parcel 14. The project is located in the buffer zone to a coastal bank and the buffer to the 100 year flood zone. The hearing will take place Thursday, August 1 at 3:30PM. Town of Oak Bluffs Notice of Public Hearing

The Oak Bluffs Select Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, at 4:45PM in the lower-level Meeting Hall at Oak Bluffs Town Hall 56 School Street, Oak Bluffs on a petition from Eversource Energy (9028803) to installation of 100’ +/- of 2-6” conduit, 510’ of 4-6” conduit in concrete and two new manholes 10172/010 and 10172/020.
