Will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Oak Bluffs Wetlands Bylaw on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association to remove an existing 8’x 8’ deck and stairs to a second story apartment and replace with a new 4’ x 5’.6” landing with new stairway and mid-landing. Project will require 6 new footings with landing pad at bottom of stairs at 31 Siloam Avenue, Map 81, Lot 83. Will hold a public hearing under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Oak Bluffs Wetlands Bylaw on a Notice of Intent filed by Martha and Kelsey Biggers for the demolition of a single family residence, garage/detached bedroom and carport and the construction of a new single family residence and associated utilities at 229 Sea View Avenue, Map 19, Lot 33. The hearing will take place Tuesday May 8, 2018 at 4:00PM in the Town Hall on School Street. The plans are available for review in the Commission office at the Town Hall.
