The Select Board of the Town of Oak Bluffs, as the Cable Television License Issuing Authority, will hold a public proceeding on Monday, December 16th, 2024 at 4:30PM, at the Oak Bluffs Town Hall, 56 School Street, Oak Bluffs, MA In the Town Hall Meeting Hall to provide an opportunity for public comment regarding an informal proposal for the renewal of the cable television license of Connecticut/Georgia/Massachusetts/New Hampshire/ New York/North Carolina/ Virginia/Vermont, LLC, pursuant to Section 626(h) of the Cable Act (47 USC Section 546(h)) (informal cable licensing renewal process). Details for remote participation via Zoom Internet and Telephone access will be provided on the Select Board's meeting Agenda. A copy of the proposed Cable Television Renewal License, and relevant applications, reports, statements and/or amendments in the possession of the Town to be considered at the proceeding, will be available for review and reproduction as follows: online at www.oakbluffsma.gov or in person at Select Board Office Town Hall.
