Will hold a public hearing under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Oak Bluffs General Wetlands Bylaw on a Notice of Intent filed by Dave White for construction of a carriage house, pool, shade structure, equipment shed, and patio; an existing stone wall will be renovated to retain a portion of the patio; a 4 foot high fence with native shrubs to be planted along the perimeter of the existing manicured lawn at the rear of the house at 6 Anthier’s Lane, Map 30, Lot 1. The hearing will take place Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 4:15PM in the Town Hall on School Street. The plans are available for review in the Commission office at the Town Hall.

INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Town of Oak Bluffs wishes to temporarily lease trailers for Town Hall located across from 56 School Street in a vacant lot in the Town of Oak Bluffs, MA. The lease will consist of 3 double wide office trailers that will be delivered and assembled on the 55 School Street vacant lot to provide the office space for the Town of Oak Bluffs Town Hall to operate the business for a period of 18 months. The RFP documents will be available from Wednesday November 15, 2017 at Daedalus Projects, Inc., Boston, MA. Please contact Sidni Bragg, (617)451-2717, sbragg@dpi-boston.com. Qualified firms must submit proposals no later than 2:00PM on December 15, 2017 at Oak Bluffs Town Hall. Any proposal received after this time and date will be returned to the applicant unopened. Notification date: November 21, 2017

Public notice is hereby given of the waterways application by East Chop LLC to construct and maintain four tie off piles and maintain a bulkhead and retaining walls at 39 East Chop Road, in the municipality of Oak Bluffs, in and over flowed tidelands of Oak Bluffs Harbor. The proposed project has been determined to be water-dependent. The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways application received by within 30 days subsequent to the “Notification Date”. Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten citizens or more, with at least five of the 10 residents residing in the municipality(s) in which the license or permitted activity is located, to submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c).
