The Tisbury Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 12th, 2024, at 4:30PM. The hearing will be held at the Tisbury Town Hall Annex, located at 66 High Point Lane. The hearing is to review the application submitted by the Tisbury Planning Board to appeal the decision of the Building and Zoning Commissioner to issue building permit CBP-24-19 under MGL Chapter 40A Section 8 and Tisbury Zoning Bylaws 06.06.03, .06.06.11, .06.08.02, .06.09.00, 06.10.00 with reference to and in consideration of Tisbury Zoning Bylaw definitions: 02.15; 02.21; 02.23; 02.24; 02.33; 02.34; 2.46; 02.49; 02.50; 02.57; 02.73; 02.79; 02.82; 02.89; 02.90; 02.91; and Establishment of Districts 03.01 and 03.02. Additionally, Tisbury Zoning Bylaw 10.01.03 and 10.03.02.
The parcel is located at 123 Beach Road in the Commercial Zoning District (assessor parcel 9B27).

The hearing is to review the application submitted by Brian T. and Susannah B. Bristol for the renovation and construction of an addition to an existing, single-family residence partially located in the shore zone on a pre-existing, non-conforming lot.
The project is located at 1133 Main St (assessor parcel 29B12) in the R50 Zoning District. This application is being considered under Tisbury Zoning Bylaw sections 07.01.01 and 09.01.05.
