The Tisbury Conservation Commission will meet to review the Notice of Intent under, M.GL., C.131, s.40, (Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act) and Tisbury Wetlands By-law, on December 3rd, 2024, at 4:30PM at the Tisbury Town Hall Annex, 66 High Point Lane. The proposed project is filed for Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank Commission to create a three-car trailhead, a sixty-five-foot-long trail using a mobility mat and install adjustable aluminum stairs down and over the rock revetment to the beach. The property is located at 593 Herring Creek Road (assessor parcel 32C8). The application and plans are available for review at the Tisbury Conservation office.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Tisbury Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 12th, 2024, at 4:30PM. The hearing will be held at the Tisbury Town Hall Annex, located at 66 High Point Lane.
