Whereas, a complaint has been presented to said Court by Chester M. Howe, c/o John Howe of Darien, in the State of Connecticut, to confirm title in the following described land:

A parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situated in said Edgartown, County of Dukes, Commonwealth of Massachsuetts, bounded and described as follows:

SOUTHEASTERLY by Road to the Plains, one hundred seventy-two and 22/100 (172.22) feet;

SOUTHWESTERLY by land now or formerly of Donald K. Mosher, et al and land now or formerly of Christine E. Leary, two hundred forty-six and 75/100 (246.75) feet;

NORTHWESTERLY by land now or formerly of Floyd C. Norton, Trustee, one hundred twenty-three and 29/100 (123.29) feet;

NORTHEASTERLY by Wilson’s Lane by several courses, together measuring two hundred fifty-nine and 10/100 (259.10) feet.

Said parcel is shown as Lot 1 on a “Plan of Land in Edgartown, Mass., to be filed in the Massachusetts Land Court, Plaintiffs: Chester M. Howe, Floyd C. Norton, Trustee of the Floyd C. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MARTHA’S VINEYARD REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL COMMITTEE FY20 BUDGET

The Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School (MVRHS) will hold a public hearing under the requirements of Massachusetts G.L. Ch.71 Section 38N to review the MVRHS proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2020 and to receive comments from the public regarding this proposed budget. The public hearing will take place on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 6:00PM in the MVRHS Performing Arts Center (PAC).

Copies of the proposed budget will be available Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at the MVRHS Principal’s Office at 100 Edgartown Road, Oak Bluffs, MA. For information contact the MVRHS Finance Office at (508) 693-1033. ext. 113.
