Announcing Leah

Nicole and Joseph deBettencourt of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Leah Nicole de Bettencourt, born Jan. 31 at the Martha’s Vineyard Community Hospital. Leah weighed 6.9 pounds at birth.
