Jamie E. Worden and Michael A. Dalmau of Hyannis, were married June 14, 2008.
The bride is the daughter of James and Margaret Worden of Greenfield and the granddaughter of Dorothy Worden of Oak Bluffs and the late Frederick H, Worden, Jr., retired Edgartown police chief. The bridegroom is the son of Antoinette and Francis Higgins of Brewster and Anthony Dalmau of Brewster.
The 6 p.m. wedding and reception took place at the State Room, Boston, overlooking Boston Harbor, with Hamish Wilkinson, a childhood friend of the groom, officiating.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Angela Tela was her sister’s matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jill Mossman, Denise Bertoni, Dianne Olszewski, Erin Graham and Alexis Sullivan, all friends of the bride.
Josh Berto and Ben Masterson served as best man, with groomsmen John Young, Michael Gradon, Griffin Ryder and Jeff Barrett; all are lifelong friends of the groom. The newlyweds took a honeymoon trip to Italy in September and reside in Hyannis.
