Hellen and Micael Medeiros of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Giovanna Ramos Medeiros, born on Dec. 13, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Giovanna weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces at birth.
