Kamilla Santana and Tiago Mendes of Edgartown announce the birth of a son, Thiago Filbo Mendes, born on Feb. 24, 2009, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Thiago weighed 7 pounds, 3.8 ounces at birth.
