The Animal Shelter of Martha’s Vineyard has a few nice animals who need good homes.

Cats: Harry is an all-black neutered male; Cyrus a big, very friendly all-black neutered male who loves to sit in your lap; Cleopatra is a small, lovely, spayed calico; Itty Bitty is a pretty Balinese female who is gentleand friendly; Belle is spayed and very, vocal, a very pretty gray calico; and there are two all-black very shy kittens.

The one dog is Sophie; she needs to be in a home without cats. She is a springer spaniel cross and really needs to find a loving home.

The shelter is pretty well set in the volunteer department for the time being but there is a wish list: if anyone would like to donate cleaning supplies, including paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap and extra large garbage bags, they would be greatly appreciated.
