Announcing Aliya

Nancy Lin and Hesi Chen of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Aliya Chen, born on Sept. 14, 2009, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Aliya weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces at birth.
