Hello Zoe

Nicole McCue Higgins and Anthony Higgins of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Zoe Nicole Higgins, born on Nov. 3, 2009, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Zoe weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces at birth.
