Emmanuelle Arrives

Poliana Silva and Flavio Silva of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Emmanuelle Silva, born on Nov. 27, 2009, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emmanuelle weighed 7 pounds, 2.8 ounces at birth.
