All the best to Rev. Roger H. Spinney as he delivers his final sermon at Community Baptist Church of Gay Head on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. Reverend Spinney has been with us for the past 14 years and has preached the longest of all the ministers in the past 317 year history of our church. He will move to Falmouth where he will be the Chaplain of the newly formed Cape and Islands Hospice program, while his wife Sharon will commute to the Vineyard for her work as a nurse at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. They have raised their daughters Ashley and Heather in Tisbury while residing at the parsonage at First Baptist Church. All the best to the Spinney family.

Your presence is the only gift they would appreciate.
