Announcing Charlotte

Guinevere Cramer and Matthew Cramer of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Charlotte Jane Cramer, born on July 9, 2010, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Charlotte weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces at birth.
