Walter and Gail Burke enjoyed a visit from their daughter, Megan, who lives in Nicaragua. Megan brought her three-and-a-half-year-old son, Ernesto Berroteran Burke, whom they had not seen for nine months. Wow, has he grown! And a bundle of energy, according to Gail. Dad had to stay home in Nicaragua for work. While Megan and Ernesto were here, their friend, Fiona Frame, visited from England on her way to a medical conference in the States. The whole group enjoyed story time at our library, walks on the beach, and hunting for crabs. I hope the space between visits isn’t as long next time.
