The Martha’s Vineyard Hebrew Center will honor the anniversary of the signing of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights beginning on Friday night, Dec. 10, with a panel of Island clergy speaking on human rights from their faith traditions. On Saturday morning, there will be teaching on human rights from Jewish sources at the weekly Torah service.
