Jim and Trude Hart had the pleasure of their son Ron and daughter in law Diane’s company for four days. The couple showed up last Sunday to help celebrate Trude’s June 7 birthday. Since the Lambert’s Cove Inn restaurant is only open Thursday through Sunday night, they had an early celebration there on Sunday. On Tuesday, Trude’s real birthday, they repeated dinner out with pizza and beer at Giordano’s. As usual, Ron and Diane spent as much time at the beach as possible. The whole family had a lot to celebrate besides Trude’s birthday; granddaughter Lauren graduated from UMDNJ medical college as a doctor of physical therapy and grandson Bryan graduated from the University of Scranton criminal justice division with a major in the U.S. Forestry Service. After the graduation ceremonies, Ron and Diane hightailed it up here. I hope they come out for another visit as I only had time to wave to them once.
