Juliet Burkett, 21, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011.

Juliet was the daughter of Joe Burkett and the late Rise Sroka.

A graduate of the Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School, Juliet was a student at Evergreen State College in Olympia Washington.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 23, at 11 a.m. at the Martha’s Vineyard Hebrew Center.
