Welcome Quinlan

JoEllen and Mark Meuse of West Tisbury announce the birth of a son, Quinlan Joseph Meuse, born on Sept. 27 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Quinlan weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces at birth.
