The Steamship Authority governors will hold their monthly meeting on the Vineyard this morning (Tuesday) at 10:30 in the Oak Bluffs Library (first floor). The boat line board will review how the summer went by the numbers and discuss plans to relocate the Vineyard reservation office. The Vineyard representative on the board is Marc Hanover of Oak Bluffs. The public is welcome to attend; the meeting is accessible for people with handicaps. Chartered to provide dependable year-round ferry service to the two Islands, the SSA is a quasi-state agency that operates with no state or federal subsidy.
