Announcing Oceana

Janette Vanderhoop and Antone Dias of West Tisbury announce the birth of a daughter, Oceana Arroya Dias, born on Oct. 9 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Oceana weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces at birth.
